Healthy Hormone Balance

Root cause healing for thyroid, PCOS and endometriosis

After I had my second child, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. At first my GP thought I was going crazy, and simply working too hard. He told me to slow down but I knew there was a lot more to my health than simply working too much. I felt misunderstood and desperately needed help.

I was prescribed Thyroxine which I took, I was still feeling exhausted, weak, along with a whole host of other debilitating symptoms despite taking the medication.

This sparked me off to find out more for myself, I wanted to be in control of my health and I believed there was a lot more that could be done to regain my health and energy and I became determined to achieve it. I have always been a health conscious person and the thought of being on prescription medicine for the rest of my life didn’t feel right with me.

So I embarked on a journey which comprised of homeopathy, nutrition, supplementing my body as well making adjustments to my lifestyle including meditating, exercise and so much more. I’ve always been a ‘giver’ and looked out for the welfare of everyone important to me, I thought I was looking after myself too but with time realised that I actually wasn’t doing enough for myself.

Over the years I’ve learnt to be kind and to trust myself, be patient and loving towards myself. I’ve also realised that if I didn’t make these changes and practice them regularly, no one else would do it for me!

I’m pleased to say that I stopped taking thyroxine many years ago now and I’m now on a mission to help other women who are in a similar position, who are fed up with their symptoms, frustrated with the help they are getting and seeking healthier natural alternatives to balance their mind, body and soul in a holistic way. When I hear people say that there’s no cure, I want to say to them that there has to be. In some situations there may not be, but in most I believe there is.

So, now I continue to learn every day not only from research but from my clients and I love sharing my knowledge experience and expertise with more and more women to help them achieve their health and life goals.

Sadhna-signture

Client testimonials:

I originally contacted Sadhna for my debilitating symptoms that I experience coming up to winter each year, but I found that the remedies Sadhna gave me helped me in so many other ways too. My cough symptoms reduced but the best bit was that my endo symptoms have reduced significantly too, those little pills really helped me manage the pain, and that’s after one appointment, I can’t believe it, the pain would come in its usual waves, but would pass very quickly. Usually, the first two days of pain week are the worse, so I am keen to see how they help next month. Having more energy has meant I have wanted to focus on eating well, rather than mindlessly eating anything in sight. And I have made a conscious effort to reduce sugar intake. I have made changes to my diet that Sadhna suggested also and will be incorporating all the other suggestions she made too. My partner isn’t so keen on natural complementary treatments, but I’m filtering out his negativity, as I’m doing this for me! Many Thanks, so happy honestly, these improvements feel like a huge step in the right direction, after many years of suffering from severe pain I am optimistic about my health, I need to lose 4 stone in weight, but I hope by focusing on my health, the weight loss will come too. Thank you! Mrs S, Berkshire

I have recently become a homeopathic client of Sadhna’s and cannot emphasize enough how she has significantly reduced my quite debilitating hormonal symptoms almost to the point of virtually disappearing. She is highly intuitive in her approach and takes time to get to know you as an individual as well as tactfully eliciting further circumstantial evidence that could make her remedies more targeted and beneficial. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.’ Mrs S, Harrow
