Am I expected to share my experiences with others?
No, you don’t have to share anything or speak with anyone if you don’t want to. It’s your personal journey of growth and expansion and you can communicate as much or as little as you wish to.
Are the sessions recorded?
Yes, you’ll have 3-month access to all session recordings.
Can I join after the first week?
No, as its a live course to maximise your experience and transformation, you’ll need to wait until the next intake.
What do you mean by ‘Energy?’
Energy is universal, it’s everywhere and you are energy too! For example, when you walk in to a room, others feel your energy without speaking with you and you have a sense of theirs too. The way we emit our energy may stem from our thoughts which become our deepest beliefs and from our life experiences, and these may be impacting our business and life unconsciously. How much time will I need to commit each week?
Approximately 60-75 minutes per week for the live sessions and a minimum of one hour for personal practice with self-reflection and journalling.
